Scope and a clear distinction
This policy explains data handling in this static demonstration and the requirements described for a future operational Presswrap service. The demo runs in your browser. It has no server database, account system, upload endpoint, email delivery connection, or payment integration. We do not receive a submitted contact message or newsletter address from these demo forms. A separate operational service must disclose its actual providers and processing before collecting data; the descriptions below do not assert that such infrastructure has already been deployed.
Information in this browser
The shopping bag, plan selection, coupon, cookie choice, sample review helpful votes, and demo newsletter address can be stored in localStorage with the presswrap_ prefix. This storage remains on the device and browser where you used the demo. Checkout asks for a first name and activation email to demonstrate form validation, but it does not persist those values or transmit them to a service. Do not enter confidential information when exploring the demo. You can clear the stored entries in your browser site settings at any time.
Hosting and external resources
Your hosting provider may process standard request information, including an IP address, requested file, browser information, and request time, to deliver pages and protect its network. Its actual retention and security practices are governed by that provider. Google Fonts is requested for typography and may receive network request data. Local font fallbacks display if that resource is unavailable. The demo has no advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. Accepting optional storage does not activate an undisclosed tracking integration.
Materials and an operational service
In a live service, account details would be used to provide access, support, billing records, and requested communications. Uploaded materials would be processed to host and share the kit you choose to publish. Files are not used for training: 文件不用于训练. Neither file contents nor private kit materials should be supplied to model training as a condition of using the intended product. Published links may be forwarded by recipients, so review the audience and permissions before sharing sensitive or unpublished information.
Security, retention and deletion
The intended live library requires HTTPS in transit, encryption at rest through its storage provider, and access limited to authorized accounts. Those controls are not implemented by these static files, which accept no uploads. For the intended service, deletion requests remove active library files within thirty days and backups within ninety days unless a legal retention duty applies. Records needed for taxes, disputes, fraud prevention, or statutory obligations may be retained only for the necessary period. No technical measure can guarantee complete security, so keep independent originals of important materials.
Choices, rights and requests
You may ask the operator about access, correction, export, deletion, or consent withdrawal using the contact details below. Describe the request and the account involved without sending passwords or complete card information. An operational provider may need proportionate identity verification before releasing personal information. Where applicable, you may contact your local privacy authority or exercise statutory rights regardless of this policy. Demo data stored only on your device must be removed through that device. We will update this policy when real processing changes, with a clear effective date and appropriate notice.
