What these terms cover
These terms describe the intended Presswrap subscription service and your use of this demonstration storefront. Presswrap is a tool for arranging and sharing press kit materials. It is not a newsroom, publicity agency, payment processor, or promise of editorial attention. By using an operational service you agree to the plan limits, subscription disclosures, and policies presented when you order. This downloadable website is a static demonstration: it cannot create an account, collect payment, send activation emails, host your uploaded kit, or provide account settings.
Plans, trials and activation
Each plan is priced per month, with the included kits, themes, analytics, seats, and support shown in the shared plan data. Free for 14 days. No credit card required. Nothing is charged during the trial. The trial screen shows the intended monthly price after the trial. A live service must obtain valid payment authorization before any charge begins. The stated delivery method is Instant delivery — activation code by email, within five minutes. No activation message is actually sent by this demo.
Monthly renewal and cancellation
Billed monthly. Renews automatically until cancelled. Your subscription renews automatically every month. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no cancellation fee. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access ordinarily continues through the paid period. Any plan change must show its price and effective date before you approve it. WRAP10 reduces the first paid month by ten percent, with subsequent months at the full plan price. A quantity displayed for planning does not authorize advance collection for future monthly cycles.
Your materials and responsibilities
You retain ownership of materials you provide and must have permission to use and share them. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, and contact details in every kit. Presswrap packages your materials. Accuracy of press kit contents is the sender's responsibility. Do not upload malicious files, infringing work, private information without permission, or misleading claims. We may restrict an operational account when reasonably necessary to protect recipients or address a credible legal complaint, with notice when practical.
Service limits and fair use
A press kit can make materials easier to read; it cannot determine what a recipient will do. Presswrap does not promise media coverage, replies, placement, circulation, or commercial results. Analytics may be incomplete because of privacy tools, shared links, automated visits, and network conditions. Export your materials and keep original files. Do not attempt to bypass seat limits, access another account, or interfere with the service. The illustrative reviews and rankings on this storefront are demonstration content rather than independently verified evidence.
Refunds, changes and contact
You may request a no-questions-asked refund within thirty days of the relevant charge. Approved refunds return to the original payment method in five to seven business days. The Refund Policy gives the request process. Applicable consumer rights remain available where they cannot lawfully be excluded. Material changes to an operational subscription should be communicated before they apply to a future renewal.
